瀛启启邦显辉（长沙）联营律师事务所（简称联营所），是由内地律所（湖南瀛启律师事务所）与港澳律所（香港周启邦律师事务所、澳门黄显辉律师事务所暨私人公证员）联合在中国中部地区设立的首批港澳联营律师事务所。

联营所是湖南与香港、澳门三地的重点合作项目，由内地和港澳互派律师，现有中国内地、港澳及海外执业律师和专业人士50余名。其中，港澳及海外专业人士，国际公证人，司法部委托香港、澳门公证人、国际调解员、港澳立法会议员及各级人大代表、政协委员共计15人。

联营所现已成立涉外法律服务中心、ADR调解中心，一带一路法律服务联盟湖南联络处、湖南省侨联涉外法律服务中心等服务机构，在国际贸易与仲裁、跨境投资与资本市场、跨境追逃追赃与执行、海商海事与能源基础设施、政府与企业法律顾问、建筑与房地产、破产清算、并购重组、商事争端解决等多个领域均能提供优质的服务。

Yingqi Qibang Xianhui (Changsha) Joint Venture Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as the “Joint Venture Law Firm”), is the first joint-venture law firm established in central area of China, co-founded by law firms from mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao.

The Joint Venture Law Firm is an important cooperation project among Hunan Province, Hong Kong and Macao. It has more than 50 practising lawyers and professionals from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and overseas, including 15 notaries public,international commercial mediators, NPC and CPPCC members.

The Joint Venture Law Firm has established a Foreign-related Legal Service Center, ADR Center, Hunan Liaison Office of the Belt and Road Legal Service Alliance and Foreign Legal Service Center of Hunan Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese.
